There have been questions about this engine and the best way to get more power out of it. What is the set up? what cars host the engine etc. So here is a basic intro on this engine.
The Honda K series engine is a four-cylinder otto cycle engine. It is available in 2.0 L and 2.4 L naturally-aspirated variants, and a 2.3 L turbo charged model.
The K series engines are all equipped with DOHC valve trains with Honda's i-VTEC variable valve timing control.
A wide variety of aftermarket parts are available for the K engines, and tuners are finding that 240 and more bhp are available with routine modifications.
